I'm a software engineer. This is my first position in the field. In retrospect, I should have gone to some worse place for my first position because now everything else will feel so much worse in comparison.

"While being in sales, self development (in your professional and personal skill) is required to be successful. Putting that aside, leadership is always fostering development - giving tools, feedback, and advice on how to develop. I am still blown away by how great our product is, in practice and in theory. Hoxhunt's founders and leaders really want to have the best product and really deeply care about the success of our customers. I find that to be rare in SaaS and growing tech companies. Being one of the first SDRs in the U.S. it has been incredible to serve a huge role in Hoxhunt's success and I can't wait to see us go from a little office to dominating in the market.
